m15, new, died

Hello,

I just bought a new alienware m15 from 3 weeks. I update to Windows 10 Enterprise and update all the driver and update the bios to 2.0.4 as recommended from Dell Update Application and working great. My work on laptop is video editing using premiere pro 2019. No games at all and never never temperature raising for both CPU and GPU more than 70 C. From 3 days suddenly the laptop begin power off at self. I thought that is over heat but found that the temperature is ideal and not more than 50 C when booting and power off at self without I open any program. I test the laptop with PSA test and all passed without any error. Today I try to turn it on but no response, it's died. I try with charger and without charger but no response and I am sure the battery is full charged.

What is the case?

thank you

It could be a fan issue or possible motherboard issue, but considering that the system is only weeks old I would recommend calling Dell tech support for your region. They can determine the cause and take the appropriate action to make sure your system is running properly.

The temperature for laptop gaming is about 50-70 degrees, which is ideal. Your case, which has only been purchased for 3 weeks, doesn't need to worry much, call Dell support center, they will come home and check for you!
    Good luck!
