Hello everyone.

So i have a x15 laptop (i7 11800h, rtx 3070,16gb ram)  and from last couple of weeks i am seeing the CPU temperatures going and staying at 100 degrees when gaming. Previously it was between 85-90 degree when using the balanced thermal profile. Now the same themal profile is being used but the temps stay at 100 degree.

fan speeds stay at 100 percent as well.

even if the CPU utilisation goes to 20-30% during gaming, the temps stay at 100 degree.

2-3 weeks back this was not the case so i am unsure what has happened all of a sudden.

i can share more screenshots during gaming and from fusion as well if needed but the above one can give you an idea.

these temps are for the CPU only.. GPU is fine, staying under 80 degrees 

any help will be appreciated.

the laptop is like 7 months old. I am not good with hardware parts so removing the parts to change the thermal paste is difficult thing (plus i dont know of any tutorial as well).
