So finally laptop arrived, was working great, only installed mi dia GeForce experience and then updated the grafic drivers and was working great, 70/72 degrees, 140watt and 98/99% gpu usage, in battlefield 2042, then, don’t ask me why, I watched a dell guide video on how and what drivers to install, then followed the procedure and the dell website with the assistant downloaded and installed some driver, between which there was also an other nvidia driver, after that the gpu won’t go over 60/70% usage, both on laptop display or on external display, having the 1080p 165hz without mux switch, so, angry as I was I did a fresh install of windows, deleting everything, windows 11, again installed only GeForce experience and updated driver but this time didn’t used the dell assistant for driver, but gpu is still stuck ad 60/70% usage, cpu doesn’t seem to be a bottleneck, cause ingame it won’t go pass 40/50% utilization, please help, brand new gaming laptop, can’t accept that the gpu is working at almost half it’s performance, and the thing that is killing me the most, is that before following dell procedure the laptop was perfect, so dell, fix the problem you created, thanks

Having the same issues, Brand new X17 R1 i7 11th gen 16gb Ram. Plays horribly in game, drops packets like crazy and heats up even with cooling pad and laptop fans on full speed. Talked to Dell support more than a few times with no solutions.
