Just wanted to get some recommendations and best practice on pre-seeding data of a remote site server\client into Avamar to assist with an initial replication of the data were sites have limited bandwidth?

Ideally looking for a solution were data is locally exported to say an external hard disk and once recieved from site replicated into Avamar?
