Celerra Clarata_archive pool

Hi

I am new to Celerra can anyone please help me i am trying to present two 100mb luns which are load balanced across SPA and SPB from the clarion but part of the same raid group to the celerra ns40g which are being detected as CLATA disks as i am using 7200 rpm fibre channel disks.
Although the two disks are present in volumes under celerra manager i am unable to create a file system or metavolume i recieve the following message failed to create the volume, volume d33 resides on a reserved disk. Although when i do a disk or volume list the two disks are shown as not in use. If i wanted to use user pools how do you reserve the disks so they are not picked up by the clarata_archive system pool.

The documentation is not very clear on this process
