i have found this picture from the internet. As you can see in this picture i type login:admin but I don't remember the password how I can reset this password?is it possible reset this password using iDRAC? Please help me :((
The screenshot looks more like a terminal(serial) rather than iDRAC but that doesnt matter because iDRAC can configure to use serial instead of VGA.
The username is hardcoded and its not "admin" because its a "Admin" and the system is of course case sensitive
The default password of a compellent is "mmm" but needs to be change during the installation process
The one and only way to get into the system for a end use is the method with the USB key and needs phys. Access. I always prepare 2 sticks because i cant see which is the leading controller
4.Insert the USB drive into a port on the lead controller. When the media is recognized, System Manager allows the specified account to log on. 5 .Log on to System Manager using the account specified on the USB drive. The password cannot be blank, but any text entered will be ignored.
What does mean System Manager and lead controller in the above?is System Manager software?
Systemmanager means SCOS or DSM(Dell Storage Manager). The SCOS runs on both controller but one is the leading/primary one and the other the seconday. You have to be login into the primary. If you cannot verify which one is the primary than simply create 2 USB sticks or try one after another. It can be up to a minute until the controller recognize the USB stick.

Take a look to https://www.dell.com/community/s/vjauj58549/attachments/vjauj58549/EntryLevel-and-Midrange-CN/3527/1/690-051-001%20Tech%20Tip%20Recovering%20a%20Locked%20Administrator%20Account%20in%20SCOS%206%205.pdf
Works also for system which running SCOS 7.x. You should use a small USB device and not a 128GB one.
