Hi everyone.

I have a Dell SCV2020 out of warranty. I managed to get the remote console working from the management port, but once I'm in the storage, I can't login with Admin.

After a reseach, I do know:

"Admin" (A with caps) is the administrator user.

"mmm" is the default pasword.

I can only enter with "__safemode__" and "StorageCenterSafeMode" but I don't know what can I do with this user.

My only hope is the USB with unlock.phy, but this didn't work for me (I tried 2 diferent USBs).

Here are the steps I followed:

1. USB formatted to FAT32
2. unlock.phy created with "unlock Admin" inside
3. USB attached to scv2020 and failed attempt to loginWhat I'm doing wrong?
