I ordered a brand new laptop. When the box arrived the box had an old, used HP laptop that someone clearly swapped out for a free laptop. I have been trying to get ahold of customer service but I get trapped in automated responses and can’t talk to anyone directly.

How do I speak to a living person on the phone?!
