Hi there, about an hour ago in a middle of a gaming.My son noticed some dead pixels and white spot on his monitor. i tried different hdmi cables , i did an lcd conditioning and the issue remains. just to make sure i plug in my second monitor to the same PC and everything is fine on it so the logical conclusion is the issue is the monitor ( the panel itself is clean, no scratches) i would like to RMA and get another monitor as replacement . i have opened a service request but no response so far. please advise
