Hi,

I have a DDVE in my lab which seems to have got corrupt after a power outage. When I power it on it starts to boot then it stops with an error saying that it has found an unexpected inconsistency and to run fsck manually. I get the prompt for the root password or Control-D to continue, which just reboots the DD.

I have tried the default password(changeme) as well as my sysadmin password, neither of which work. Does anyone know what the root password might be?

Any help would be greatly appriciated.
