Found my old desktop from early 2000s. im trying to upgrade it,but I'm having problems and need advise. After finding my Dimension E521, I decided to switch the power supply first after this I downloaded windows 10 to my usb flash drive and proceeded to install windows.  It black screened and listed various issues (see picture).i hit f2 to the set up options and attempted to boot windows from my portable devise after saving and exiting it reloads the black screen listing the issues again and again .. is it possible I can fix the issue? and at what cost$? Needing any good advise possible thank you!
