I'm only posting this because I couldn't find anything related to this in DELL's forums. For some reason, I had a problem with my bluetooth, basically, it wasn't turn on.
I've tried:

• run windows troubleshoot.
• enable/disable boot Bluetooth button/switch.
• force reboot.
• reinstall driver.
• update driver manually through Intel's site.
• reinstall Windows 11 from scratch.
• also, tried to run from ubuntu bootable device.
• removed power supply and awaited for a couple minutes before restart from cold boot.

Tried all suggestions from here ‎Bluetooth disappeared | DELL Technologies. as well
