i  brought a dell G5 5590 notebook from the USA, but I was never able to use it, when I plug it in, it gets hot, although it has a warranty in the USA, as I live in Brazil, they refuse to help even by chat. I did all kinds of tests, including with f12, and says that everything is ok, the fans work very well in Dell tests, but on Windows or on ubuntu the fans just don't work. I even tried to download the dell software to control the fans, msi afterburn, but none of them recognize the fans, I don't know how to solve this error, and my blue screen computer  give me blueescreen 5 min after turning on by overheating, it's clean, because practically saved for 5 months, it seems to me a driver or software problem, but I already updated the bios and all the drivers, nothing solves
