I am getting an error code 0xc000025; a required device isn’t connected or can’t be accessed. 
The SSD is detected in the bios & when I run a diagnosis.

I also have tried booting using the USB flash drive & run the repair your PC: 
The command prompt says total identified windows installation: 0

when I try to factory reset it - I get a message saying system cannot access the partitions.

i have the sata settings in AHCI Mode & boot UEFI - safe boot disabled.

Other details

LAPTOP Inspiron 15 5000 series doesn’t have a DVD drive. bios is A13. SSD - Samsung 870 QVO

I am able to boot from HDD. 
I have looked at a lot of trouble shoot posts & can’t figure it out. Please help.
