Mouse doesn't work
Bought Microsoft 1850 for my Inspiron N5101 and it will not load. It gives an error message saying it will only work on usb 3. Says it's installed and the red light is on but nothing on screen

Thanks for posting. Apologies that your Microsoft mouse isn't working.
Do other mice work with the computer? How about other bluetooth devices? If they are working with your system, then you may wish to contact Microsoft Tech Support for additional troubleshooting.
