Precision 7750 17", static
I recently bought a Precision 7750 in the UK.
I have it plugged into a NAS drive via an ethernet cable, and whenever I touch the metal on the ethernet cable, and put my hand on the body of the laptop, I feel a charge in my hand, its not the cable as I have switched it, its not the NAS drive as I have tried touching other metal objects and I don't feel the charge, it doesn't matter if the laptop is plugged in or not. Is this dangerous, for either us or the laptop? Should I send it back to dell?
