Neither Online nor SupportAssist will run Scan Hardware.  SupportAssist fails after 2 minutes; Online gives message : "The Diagnostics Control has requested system information be gathered." and then sits there spinning saying it is collecting tests.  My other Dell computers do not have this problem.  My SD Card reader is not being registered by Device Manager and I am trying to see whether there are other problems that could explain it.
