I would not be surprised if this were the same wireless card as my 7567. Since purchasing three years ago, I've had countless instances where the bluetooth stopped working randomly or right after a crash. The bluetooth then completely disappears from my options and I can't even find it in the Device Manager. Updates to the bios and the drivers (anything that resets the connection) seem to help, but this problem always comes back after a couple of months. I'm pretty sure Dell is aware of the wireless issues with this hardware but can't be bothered to address it. Another issue i've had since the beginning is the bluetooth connection randomly dropping on peripherals such as bluetooth keyboard or mice and refusing to reconnect for minutes. I hope you find a solution to this.....
