HI, I bought this laptop the other day and the Bios has the processor clocked at 1.8ghz in which it never goes above, which I have also tested by running software on my computer, although it has a turbo boost frequency of 4.8ghz it can't get anywhere close to that as it is set at 1.8ghz. looking up the processor it has a lower, and higher TDP voltage for 1.8 to 3.0ghz. are there some kind of key commands to allow me to set the base speed and top speed of the processor differently, or should I just try reinstalling the OS and maybe perhaps flash the bios to an older version, please and thank you. FYI I do have Hyper threading on and Turbo Boost on, but as I have stated the processor is being blocked for even attempting to Turbo Boost or getting to any higher numbers than 1.8ghz.
