As of now what are the best compatible WLAN cards for the E5430?

Does the BIOS whitelist non Dell cards?

I'm looking to replace the stock one (DW1504) with something that can take advantage of a 5GHz 100Mb connection.

Would it also have Bluetooth or would I need the 'Dell Wireless 380 Bluetooth® 4.0' card, and where would that fit?

Finally what is the 1/2 Mini slot used for? Anything useful I can put in it?
