Latitude E5520

I can not use a mouse or the keyboard tablet in the bios so I can not accept any changes I want to make.

I have looked everywhere for keyboard commands with no luck.

I am running Windows 10 64bit and want to upgrade to windows 11 but cannot select TPM to make it fulfill the minimum requirements.

8gig ram dual core Win 10 insider latest build.

Bios is Ver: A14
