I have a Dell Latitude 3380, and I get "Alert! TPM Device Not Detected".  I've tried removing the battery from the laptop for about 30 seconds, then putting it back in.  I've updated the BIOS.  I've tried taking the laptop off its charger, then rebooting.  I'm at a loss of what to do to removed the alert.
