Dear Forum,

I have the issue, and I think I read once that others have too, that my XPS 13 with Ubuntu 15.04 is constantly running the fan when charging the battery. As soon as I disconnect the power, the fan stops after 30 seconds.

Other issues like occasional kernel panics after suspending, switching on while in my backpack(!) and often weird graphics, especially after I trief cinnamon or gnome, are also annoying and sad. I tried someof the advice given in the "its finally good" thread , however, I need the microphone for work so I cannot update the kernel. en.community.dell.com/.../19640407

When will  this be fixed? I paid two month salary of my student income on this machine :/
