14 R1, replacement battery? #2
Does anyone know where I can find a replacement battery for an alienware 14 laptop?
Dell tech support told me Dell does not carry this battery and I should check ztronics.com. Well they dont have it either. I've dont some googling and haven't had any luck. This computer is only a year and a half old, there's got to be batteries out there. Any ideas?

Hi Overcharged. I'm in the need of a new battery for my alienware MX14 too. Could you tell me under which descrition did you search in Amazon. I'm not having any good results in my searching.
In my case, the info that I have of my battery is:
Battery name: PABAS0241231
Manufacturer: Sanyo
Type: Li-I (lithium ion)

AMAZON CARRIES THE BATTERIES. IT IS DIFFICULT TO DETERMINE THAT IT IS THE CORRECT BATTERY BUT AFTER MINE FAILED IN A YEAR, I BOUGHT ONE FROM AMAZON IN APRIL 2014.
