the battery in my alienware 17R3 did not work today's morning when I tried to take my laptop to campus(without AC plugging in). I can just turn on my laptop with AC adapter, there is a sentence said" Your battery is temporarily disabled. Please turn off your computer and try again when the unit is back to the operational temperature" before loading into the system. And the battery icon shows there always  72%, not charging. Once I disconnect the AC, the laptop turns dark.(I bought this laptop on Dec. 2015, very new). I have tried to update the drivers and BIOS, and I even tried to disassemble the laptop and remove the battery, then assemble it again, still not work. And I am sure the temperature is not overheat when I use my laptop.   Anyone can help me?  I will be very grateful.
