DELL AND ALIENWARE DESPERATELY NEED TO COMMENCE SUPPORT CHAT IMMEDIATELY !!! THIS 3 HOURS ON MY CELL PHONE, EATING UP MY MINUTE ALLOTMENT IS GETTING VERY OLD. WE PAY TOO MUCH FOR THESE TO BE IGNORED ANY LONGER!!!!

I would suggest, in the mean time, to go ahead and talk through here on any regard. I dont think I have ever been on the phone with alienware for more than 30 minutes. I do wish there was a chat feature though.
