So hello everyone, I was so excited to get Alienware 17R2. In July 25 between 28 ( i barely remember) 2015 i got it in Russia( i was on holiday + my family used to live there) I had a flight next day. I decided to unpack and check out day before the flight,play some games. I realised that key "V" was broken, i called store where i bought it from, they said its my fault that i did not check it. I called International Dell Support and I asked them if I am going to be able to replace the keyboard or notebook in the UK( i was moving to the UK) , they said dont worry you can do it your warranty is international. I came to the UK , i called DELL then after 1-1.5 weeks i  got it replaced then "Esc" was broken again, i was hearing cracking from esc when i press it. I called them they told me I cant get another one , coz my warranty is only in Russia nowhere else. It was just a good gesture for first time. Then i was like OK, then had a problem with fps and overheating , they sent me 240 mAH battery for UK. I received it, it worked fine 1-2 months , then i had some serious problems, fans were louder than it was usually. It was overheating, I used to play GTA5 on it on semi-ultra settings(not everything super ultra) with 60 fps than after video card updates and overheating my fps was going down to 20 from 45 it wasnt even 60 any more. I started worrying called at least 20 times DELL, they offered me once a repair which would take 13 days, i wasnt be able to give my laptop, because i cant live even 1 day without it. Couple months later called again, it wasnt acceptable i had so many problems, but i couldnt get anything from them except one keyboard replacement and 240mAh battery.  I reinstalled my laptop at least 3 times with factory image restore with AlienRespawn, i thought maybe i had viruses or stuff , but no it wasnt about it, it was about laptop itself. I still think that this laptop is completely broken. They sold me completely broken laptop. I dont just understand why they cant just get it from me and refund my money, they dont accept return in the UK. But i have no possibility to go back to Russia, which makes me have broken laptop. About fps drops, I play CS:Go when i bought my fps was between 300-450 on ultra now its 280 and drops to 60 every 2 minutes. League of Legends used to be 400 now its 190, GTA used to be steady 60 now 45 drops to 20, Battlefield 4 used to be +130 now its -70-60, Star Wars battlefront used to be more now it drops more and more. I dont have any clue what to do with this laptop. I asked them gently can i overpay and get the R3 from the UK, They didnt have any choice like this, I cant just play with this laptop, they dont understand that this laptop is broken. I am empty-handed and needed some support from Alienware-DELL. Thanks you for reading this.
