So i bought and Aurora R4 ALX last year. i noticed in the last few months the computer would randomly shut down and restart while gaming. Until last month i did not know why.

I found that the video card was getting hot 95+ deg and would shut it down to save the card.I have contacted customer support several times and the replaced it for me twice but it still does the same thing.

I purchased a 2 year warranty with this computer and feel that something should be done to alleviate the issues I'm having. Is there anything short of just going out and replacing the card that should be covered under warranty with a new one ?

I contacted sales they said they don't give rebates or credits for upgrading components so am i stuck? I spent big money on what was supposed to be a gaming computer to just have to spend more the next year like I would any other discount brand computer?
