I have this unknown driver and trying to find the correct driver. I assume it's the webcam because my webcam isn't working. But on another thread they mention it is the OSD driver. But I have downloaded the suggested driver from that thread and it says it's newer and already installed. So I know it's not it.

Also I'm sure it's the webcam because there's no device shown in the device manager.
