Chat with Tech support?
I own an XPS 400 which was purchased through small business. Is there a way to chat with a tech support person online? I was able to do this with Gateway but i can't seem to find it on Dell's site? It was nice with Gateway since they could look at my machine remotely and see the issues I was having.

That link is for home users and not Small Business -- my experience is that they will not help you there... Anyone got a better link for him?Wallstreet12345

I wonder why? Seems like everyone has it now and it would say many of us from the long hold times on the phone.GuardianXPS

From what I have been told, there is no online XPS Chat for Technical or CARE support yet.Guardian
