Dimension 4700 Ram Compatibility

I'm looking for compatible ram (1G).  I know that it needs to be 240 pin DDR2.  When I search on the dell shop, it gives me those but with 1.8v.  Thats the only thing I have a question with compatibility.  Will any ram with this volatage work?  What about 1.8-2.0v ram?

    Only RAM with 1.8v will work in the D-4700.
