I recently purchased the nVidia FX5500 card (one of the listed compatible ones I see floating around the boards). However, I'm getting the message in the Windows Hardware Device Manager Screen: Cannot use device (Code 10) or something laong those lines... Here are the steps I've done, see if you can figure out where I went wrong:
1)Disabled the Integrated Card > Shut Down
2)In BIOS5 I selected NO BOOT on PCI Emulator and select ONBOARD under the Video Graphics display option, I believe its called (second from bottom I think under the Integrated menu). > Shut down
3)Insert the card (with No other PCI cards connected. Then I boot up, and install via the included installation disc (and I've tried using the latest driver from nvidia.com.
4)After the typical restart it gives me the device error message (CODE 10).

I checked nVidia's support pages and it lists this problem there. It suggests going into the BIOS screen and selecting 'Assign IRQ to WGA', though I definately havent seen it. If I return the integrated graphics option from ONBOARD back to AUTO, then nothing will appear on the monitor (it wont even turn on without this option). Does anyone know if I'm missing a step?
