memory for Dimension 9100

Hi,

Anyone tried adding additional memory from the Corsair XMS series to their Dimension 9100 .. ?

According to the Intel website for the 945p, the memory can only be 1.8v.

The closest Corsair XMS2 memory for the specs is:

TWIN2X1024-4300C3PRO XMS2-43001024MB3-3-3-82x240 DIMMPlatinum XMS2

TWIN2X1024-4300C3 XMS2-43001024MB3-3-3-82x240 DIMMBlack XMS2

These both are at 1.8v and have SPD registration at 3-3-3-8 latency.

My 9100 came with "DUAL IN-LINE MEMORY MODULE, 512, 533M, 64X64, 8, 240, 1RX8DUAL IN-LINE MEMORY MODULE, 512, 533M, 64X64, 8, 240, 1RX8"

which if i remember correctly is dual channel 533 ddr2 ram.

Think the Corsair memory will work in the existing configuration .. ?
