When my Mom purchased her Dell she had 64mb of ram. Recently, I looked and it said she had 63. I called Dell and was told that 1 mb was being used by an integrated video board. Shouldn't it still say she had 64? She was having difficulty running AOL 8.0 which is how we discovered the 1mb that was missing. How do you lose 1mb of ram?
