I buy a alienware m17x r3 a years ago (october 18 2011) and it is the wrost choice ive made in my whole life

It is constantly freezing....the screen goes black the sound freez keyboard dont respond,from reading pdf to youtube video and playing ultra high setting game.it as been a month now that i call dell support every time a get the chance.I have been on the phone with them for around 12hours in total here are the steep they did to resolve my problem

*remove all antivirus (kaspersky and spybot S&D)

*buy system mechanic pro

*run pre boot diagnostic test i receive error code 2000-0221  interval timer not functional

*update bios to A12

*resetting bios by remove/replace cmos coin cell battery 

*run pre boot diagnostic test again  still receive error code 2000-0221  interval timer not functional

* formatting windows but...oups the windows cd i was given was corrupted and was shaking in the drive

*sending a none corupted version of windows

* formatting/installing version of windows 

*installing all driver from dell support center and installing all windows update (did nothing)

*been told to reformat and use only basic driver fond on alienware m17xr3 ressource DVD (witch btw recognize my nvidia 580m as a 460m therefor made it impossible to update grafic card from cd...but anyway still did nothing) 

*this morning*been told to run M17xr3 resources DVD preboot diagnostic but...when pressing start 32bit test do  nothing (that cd is probably corrupted to)

*been told i will be called back tomorow 

i also  tested  every ram stick in every slot, mini dump are corrupted and cannot be read

if someone somewhere have any clue about how to resolve that problem pleaseeeeee let me know (sry for my english i am french)
