I have a user who has a Dell Latitude running NT4, SP6a in a docking station.  It had been working fine both in/out of the docking port until the last IE patch update from MS.

The install went fine and there were no problems as long as the unit was in the docking station.  When used as a portable, the user could only get the default 640x480, 16 color driver to work.  Reinstallation of the latest Dell ATI Ragepro video driver would cause the Blue Screen of Death.

SP6a was reinstalled, no difference.

User was advised by Dell telephone custome service to reinstall the docking software (?) but that didnt work....

Any suggestions?
