Hi there,

I think I may have cleaned too much off my dell d420 laptop.

Went to use the external cd/dvd drive PD01S and it spins but the computer will not read it.  Get error code 39 when I run diagnostics.

I have read about ROXIO and that was one of the programs I removed.

I do not have the original installation CDs (long story).

Any suggestions?
