i tried installing 2 x SAMSUNG - 4gb 1RX8 PC3L -12800S-11-13-B4   M471B5173EBO-YKO   1440 into my e5410. I got a automatic repair note and then the machine went into a loop.

I replaced the 2 x GB modules and then the machine worked again

Is there a reason the new memory won't work?
