display on screen is smaller than normal
I have an Inspiron 8100 Tag 5w3t211 and my display is smaller than it should be .How do I get it back to the correct size? The Print is very small but readable . I've tried to enlarge the fonts but that has no affect. What is the correct process to go to a larger font?

the display is about 50% larger than that what occurs after the computer has gone on standby. The display takes up about 75% of the screen. Is there any other setting that I can try? Thanks!i think you've set your monitor to display something less than the optimal resolution. Change it back to the highest resolution it supports. Now, off of the advanced button in the settings tab of the display control panel, there is a font setting. You can set it to 120dpi.
Now, go back to the display applet and click the appearance tab, and set it to large or very large fonts.
