Hey guys,

    I picked up a E6420 from a guy and it's in very good condition. I decided to upgrade the RAM to 8gb and put in a 120gb SSD.

Memory works fine,but I can't get the Samsung Evo 850 SSD to boot from AHCI. I have read solutions for Windows 7,but nothing for WIndows 8. If I go into the Bios and select the default of Raid,then it boots up fine. Samsung Magician also notices this when I load up the program.

Ideas? Thanks
