Laptop froze when on internet and couldn't activate task manager. Error 2000-0142 has since appeared . It's still under warranty. What do I do now?

Call Technical support and give them the error code you posted and they will probably send you out another hard drive

Call Technical support and give them the error code you posted and they will probably send you out another hard drive
