i opened Firefox and all of a sudden neither my touch pad or entire keyboard work. I tried hooking up an external mouse and that works fine. I went to the troubleshooting page and it told me that there was an error and that both needed to be re-installed. I can get on to the internet with the external mouse but can not type anything in order to get to a support site. I am here through my desktop. Any hints on how to get them working again.
