when clicking on start --> undock

to undock the Latitude D600

the following message appears: "Problem undocking from Docking Station" 'USB Printing Support' Cannot Be Stopped, program is still accessing it

The printer is a Dell DSCQ951 laserprinter

anyone have any ideas as to how to get rid of this?
