Hi:

I have a XPS M1530 (1.5 years old) with a Biometric FingerPrint Reader. I just installed Windows 7 (Home Premium version) and this has problems recognizing and connecting it. I re-installed FINGER PRINTREADER SUITE several times but Windows 7 still does not recognize it. Everytime I start my system a message appears:

FINGERPRINT READER IS NOT CONNECTED. PLEASE, CONNECT THE READER TO A USB

Please, does anybody can help me? I will really appreciate any assistance in this problem. Thanks a lot
