Hi All,

I have an Inspiron 1300 thats about 2.5 years old and was working well till all the blacks on the screen turned green!! All other colours are fine.

I have removed the panel above the keyboard and the keyboard itself to check for any broken wires but without cutting the mesh screening I cannot find any breaks. I tried

wiggling the cable with the m/c on but this made no difference.

I have connected an external monitor and all the colours were fine. I have also downloaded and installed driver updates for the m/c but the problem persist's.

I am wondering if this means the screen itself is failing.

Any ideas anyone????
