Time between phases
Generally how long is each phase of the process from ordering your computer until it ships? Mine's listed to be here on the 18th but it's been in pre-production for almost a week.
Pre-Production
Kitting
Build
Testing
Boxing
Delivery Prep
Shipped
How many days would it take for each?

I purchased an Inspiron 9400.
Core 2 Duo T7400
nVidia Geforce 7900GS
2GB RAM
120GB HD
Wireless card
Sound Blaster Audigy
17" wxga+
etc.- That's a brand new system, so there is a lot of demand for them, people have been waiting for Core 2 Duo's.
There will be more waiting time unfortunately because of the demand, they might have miscalculated how much of a demand hence the longer waiting period.

It really depends on what was ordered to determine when it will be shipped.
