I get the following error when I startup my computer. 0x0000007B

The error is caused by the ATA controller driver. If I remove the driver the computer startup fine. The reason I want to enable this driver is so that I can turn on the Intel Smart Response Technology.

My laptop is model numer L521x.

Any suggestions?
