Monitor Menu Pops Up / Won't Stop
After I turn on the 4600 and it boots up, the monitor menu (Futura 17" monitor) pops up by itself and sits in the middle of the screen, scrolling through its choices (widen screen, move right, left, exit, etc.) and it won't stop. The only way I can possible remove it is to press the right arrow key until it rests on exit, press escape and it goes away, but only for a few seconds. Then it is back, and it won't budge. Please, any advice is most welcome.

Johnny2000,
The problem is with the monitor buttons. The "Enter" button on your display which is normally used to enter the on-screen controls is most likely stuck. Remove all power from the display and try to move the button around and see if it pops back out. It may also be shorted, which would require warranty support from CTX.
