I have a Dell ultra -Sharp U2713HM at TAU.

Why can't I display stimuli in a frequency higher than 60Hz?

Is the refresh rate constant upon the whole screen? e.g is the refresh rate in the right upper corner is the exact same refresh rate as in the right bottom one.
