Recently, I purchased a S3220DGF curved Dell monitor. But after a few weeks, the monitor on the monitor stand riser began to slide down from its most up right and most fully extended upward position. I push it back up, but the stand seems unable to hold the weight of the monitor for very long, and comes sliding back down, as the spring in the stand appears too weak to keep it up for lengthy amount of times. I checked the cable tension for some relief, and this buys some time, but not a permanent solution, is there any support for this? I checked the back and it would appear that there is no way to tighten to monitor into position.
